Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the GoFume Mobile Detailing website and your booking of our mobile car detailing services. By booking an appointment or using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services
GoFume provides mobile car detailing services throughout Northern New Jersey and surrounding service areas. We come to the address you provide to perform the package and add-ons you select. Service times are estimates and may vary based on the size and condition of the vehicle.
2. Booking and Appointments
When you book through our website, you choose an available time and provide your vehicle, contact, and location details. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for ensuring we have safe, legal access to your vehicle at the scheduled time and location. Where possible, access to water and power is helpful; if it is not available, you may bring your vehicle to our Fairview location.
By booking a service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown on our website and may differ by vehicle type and selected add-ons. No online deposit is required. Payment is collected after the detail is complete, either through a secure payment link or in person.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you agree to Stripe’s terms in addition to these terms. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change before a booking is confirmed.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible using the link in your confirmation or by contacting us directly.
Customer No-Shows and Late Arrivals. If we arrive at the scheduled location and cannot access the vehicle or reach you within 15 minutes of the appointment time, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion, and future appointments may require advance payment.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, unsafe working conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Your Responsibilities
Before your appointment, please:
- Remove personal valuables, important documents, and fragile items from the vehicle.
- Disclose any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or conditions we should be aware of.
- Provide a safe and accessible location for the work.
We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to worn paint, cracked trim, loose emblems, damaged upholstery, deteriorated plastics, faded surfaces, or previously repaired areas.
6. Service Results and Limitations
We take care to deliver high-quality results, but some stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, and wear cannot be fully removed depending on the age and condition of the vehicle and its materials. Results are not guaranteed, and outcomes can vary by vehicle. We will always communicate honestly about what we can achieve.
7. Customer Satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us before we leave the service location or within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns. Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided at our sole discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoFume is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a detail will not exceed the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Customers agree to inspect the vehicle upon completion of service and promptly notify GoFume of any concerns before the vehicle leaves the service location whenever reasonably possible.
9. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security. The content, branding, and materials on this site are owned by GoFume and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in New Jersey.
